    Your MyEllevate® Facial Rejuvenation Procedure

    Unlike a facelift or a neck lift surgery, MyEllevate requires no incisions or surgical removal of excess skin. The procedure is usually performed in our Melbourne and Merritt Island, Florida offices in about an hour, under local anesthesia. MyEllevate delivers immediate, natural-looking results that are long-lasting.

    MyEllevate works by using ICLED™ light-guided technology to place a suture support system that tightens the muscles in your neck (also known as platysma). These sutures are permanent and will create an immediate improvement by reshaping the sagging tissues to reveal a more youthful contour and reduce the presence of “banding,” which is one of the common signs of aging.

    Some patients are concerned about how “natural-looking” their results will be after the MyEllevate procedure.     Recovery After MyEllevate® Neck Contouring

    After your MyEllevate treatment, you may experience some temporary and mild swelling or bruising, but you will have few restrictions and can return to work and most of your ordinary activities immediately with little to no downtime.

    You’ll notice an improvement in the contour of your neck immediately following your MyEllevate procedure. You may also experience some mild bruising or swelling, which will resolve in about one week. Although you can return to work immediately following your treatment, you may have some restrictions on physical activities like lifting or exercise. You’ll receive detailed aftercare instructions from our support team.

    We’ll also schedule follow-up appointments, meeting with you the day after your MyEllevate procedure and continuing to follow up with you at intermittent intervals for about a year. This helps us ensure that your recovery is going smoothly and that your results are what you expected.

    How long does MyEllevate last?

    The MyEllevate technique delivers an immediate result that is long-lasting, with patients enjoying their outcome for approximately five to seven years, when the treatment is performed by an experienced provider. Unlike other nonsurgical procedures, additional MyEllevate treatments are not necessary to maintain your results.

    Is MyEllevate like a Thread Lift?

    The MyEllevate technique is unique in that your Facial Plastic Surgeon will be able to place permanent sutures with extreme precision, using light-guided technology.
