    Virtual Consultations

    We are excited to offer the convenience of virtual consultations via WhatsApp or FaceTime with all of our providers during regular business hours Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. We also invite you to request your consultation after hours or on weekends, if you feel so inclined.

    During your virtual consultation, you will meet one-on-one with our Patient Care Coordinator and one of our surgical specialists who will answer all your questions about the procedures that interest you. You will learn more about what to expect during your surgery and recovery, and find out whether you are a candidate.

    Going Over the Details

    Prior to your consultation, we’ll ask that you follow the steps to complete your New Patient Packet and submit it online via our secure Patient Portal so that our team can review your health history in advance of your appointment. In addition, we ask that you send photographs of yourself before your consultation clearly showing your areas of concern.

    Based on your goals and the recommended treatment plan, you will be presented with a quote and have an opportunity to explore our flexible financing options, if you wish.

    Finally, we can even schedule your procedure for you during your consultation so you can begin your cosmetic journey right away!

    Understand your treatment options by meeting with our MedSpa staff. During your consultation, we’ll go over any products you’re currently using (we invite you to bring them with you!) and offer expert guidance regarding which ones are the most effective for your skin, how to properly use them, and what additional products you may consider adding to your regimen for optimal results.

    Your medical aesthetician will also explain any treatments in which you’re interested and offer recommendations for the skincare solutions that are best for you.

    For facial procedures, our experienced patient care consultants will perform a facial analysis, including photo imaging to help you visualize your result and use it as a discussion tool to clarify your goals.

    Meet Your Doctor

    Ensuring you get the best possible result begins with your doctor carefully working to understand your goals. We invite you to share what you hope to achieve from your procedure directly with our experienced specialists, Ross A. Clevens, MD, FACS and his colleagues. Your surgeon will offer their expert recommendations for achieving your ideal outcome, discuss the procedure with you, and answer any questions you have about the recovery process.

Once you return home, we are always happy to answer additional questions by phone or email as you think of them! Some patients opt to meet with us again to clarify any concerns.
