Our team will help you arrange a consultation so you can meet with your Patient Care Coordinator and your doctor at a time that is convenient for you. 

Provide Your Information

Prior to your consultation, we will provide a link via email so you can complete your new patient profile securely online via our Patient Portal. Our doctors like to review your health history prior to your consultation so they can advise you on procedures for which you may be a candidate. 

Submit Your Photos

Please provide clear, recent close-up photos that clearly show your area of concern prior to your virtual consultation. Our surgeons and their support team will contact you to review your images and discuss your concerns. We also may offer computerized preview imaging to help you visualize your new look. During your consultation, we will assist you in determining which treatment options will help you achieve your desired goals.

Schedule Your Procedure

Once you have decided to proceed with our team, a deposit is required to reserve your procedure date. The remaining balance is due prior to your procedure. Our team can also review with you our flexible financing options if you wish. Many of our patients choose a finance plan to help realize their dreams and fit their budgets. 

Review and Sign Your Individualized Pre-surgical Documents

Shortly after your procedure is scheduled, you will receive a packet containing pre-operative instructions and procedure consent forms. These documents must be read carefully and all instructions must be followed closely. All consents must be signed, dated, and returned prior to your procedure. 

Plan to arrive one to two days prior to your surgery date to meet with our team for a thorough review of your procedure and recovery plan, have your "Before" photos taken, and get any questions answered. 

Your Recovery Period

We advise all patients who fly in for surgery to spend at least the first night at a nearby hotel or stay with a friend or family member. You will be seen frequently and regularly after your surgery by your surgeon and their clinical staff. 

Please note that your health and safety are of our utmost concern and you should plan to stay in the local area of Melbourne, FL for a period of time after your surgery so that we may ensure you experience a comfortable and smooth recovery.
